Been seeing how countries across the world are using disinfectants and other fumigating chemicals in their “fight against Corona” ! and some videos of people being sprayed by massive pipes with god knows what disinfectant made me cringe..worst i think Chennai – using drones to spray across and the tweets proudly telling how they are doing all this across streets and humans in one sweep. Later I believe The Union Health Ministry issued an advisory against spraying of disinfectant on people for COVID-19 management, stating that it was physically and psychologically harmful but it still persists.
now i believe they suggesting even kids be sprayed like they were in China because oh.. they’ve controlled the virus ! A British authority Dr Bousted suggested that but am pretty sure its probably gonna be suggested by our Indian authorities too.. (pray they have sense and don’t).
SO i went to the WHO website to read more on this and guess what??

Spraying environmental surfaces in both health care and non-healthcare settings (e.g. patient households) with disinfectants will not be effective and may pose harm to individuals.
Spraying or fumigation of outdoor spaces (such as streets, sidewalks, walkways or marketplaces), is NOT recommended to remove or inactivate SARS-CoV-2 or other pathogens. Streets and sidewalks are not considered as routes of infection for COVID-19. (THEN WHYYYYY are we not allowed out hello !!! ????)
Spraying individuals with disinfectants (such as in a tunnel, cabinet, or chamber) is not recommended under any circumstances.

i mean are the authorities both Medical an government, even reading these?
If you trust WHO as the guiding authority on this then why are its points not considered?
And if WHO is seeing all this across the world, isn’t it their duty to speak on this topic and clarify? or do they even care?
If not isnt it up to people to speak up against this and other horrible acts being done in the name of protecting us from this supposedly ‘deadly’ virus and the deaths that are already occurring as a result of the Lockdown rules across the world that seem arbitrary, corrupt & cruelly designed to hurt people ?
